ForestPaths contributes to Cambridge workshop on woodland carbon footprint
In February 2026, ForestPaths partner Marcus Linder from the European Forest Institute (EFI) attended a workshop titled Rethinking the Carbon Footprint of Woodland Recovery, held in Cambridge, UK, on 9–11 February.
At the event, Linder contributed expertise on forest restoration in Europe, drawing on experience from the SUPERB and WILDCARD projects. He also presented key elements of ForestPaths, including the project's disturbance mapping work, the development of policy pathways, and the planned simulation modelling that will build on these pathways.
