Sister project ForestNavigator with a dedicated session at EGU 2025

ForestNavigator, a sister project of Forest Paths, will host a session at the 2025 General Assembly of the European Geosciences Union (EGU 2025). The event, which will take place between 27 April and 2 May in Vienna, brings together specialists in all disciplines of the Earth as well as planetary and space sciences. The forum’s aim is allowing specialists to present their work and exchange ideas in fruitful discussions.

"Advances in Forest System Modelling: Enhancing Insights into Structural Dynamics, Soil Carbon Cycling, and Natural Disturbances for Informing Future Management Strategies" is the title of the session of ForestNavigator at EGU2025. Its primary topics of interest will be:

  • Advancements in forest system modelling;

  • Innovative monitoring techniques;

  • Impact of natural disturbances;

  • Cross-scale integration;

  • Implications for future management strategies.

You can submit your abstracts for oral and poster presentations before 15 January 2025, 13:00 CET.
